In the morning and evening, after cleansing and toning, apply to face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid eye area. May be used alone or blend 1-2 drops with moisturizing cream or emulsion in the palm of the hand before applying, to enhance the hydrating elements of the moisturizer. May be used over serum, if blended with moisturizer first.
